Return Period:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date the order is received from the shipping company.

Return Process:

  • The item must be returned through an approved carrier.
  • Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receiving the returned order.

Refund Method:

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., Visa, international transfer, etc.).
  • If the item is damaged, the sender is held responsible.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs (both ways), even if the original shipping was free.

Shipping Return Fees:

  • Within Saudi Arabia: 50 SAR
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: 70 SAR
  • From outside Saudi Arabia: 100 SAR
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties that may be imposed on the shipment or return in certain countries due to customs clearance.

Additional Terms:

  • The last date for return is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The refund will be issued only to the same account used during the purchase.
  • In cases of cancellation, partial cancellation, or exchange, products paid for cannot be canceled or exchanged to receive the free item.
  • In “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offers, both items must be returned; returning or exchanging only one item is not allowed.
  • Oud Al Maher reserves the right to reject returns of such promotional offers if a valid reason exists.
  • The customer bears any customs or return charges (especially in countries with high customs fees). These charges will be deducted from the refund.

Product-Specific Return Conditions:

Agarwood (Oud Wood):

  • Must not be broken or soaked in water.
  • Must not be stored with other extracts such as incense, as this may spoil the wood.
  • You may test up to 3 grams of agarwood. If more than 3 grams are used, returns will not be accepted.

Oud Oil:

  • Must not be aged or left to mature after purchase.
  • Must not be transferred to a different bottle.
  • Must not be mixed with any other extracts.
  • Must not be returned in different packaging – only original packaging is accepted.
