These charges will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Product-Specific Return Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agarwood (Oud Wood):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must not be broken or soaked in water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be stored with other extracts such as incense, as this may spoil the wood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may test up to 3 grams of agarwood. If more than 3 grams are used, returns will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oud Oil:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must not be aged or left to mature after purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be transferred to a different bottle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be mixed with any other extracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be returned in different packaging \u2013 only original packaging is accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date the order is received from the shipping company.
